🎓 Sales Training

6 modules · ~15 minutes · complete the checklist below — progress is saved on this device.

1 Mindset — you are a consultant, not a film seller ▾

The old way: "Our film has good gauge, good rate" — every supplier says exactly this.

The new way: "We know how your product fails — with evidence. Our film is the engineered answer."

This platform gives you every product's pain point, science, target numbers, film grade and the customer's packing-line specs. Walk in as a consultant — that is how a rate argument becomes a value conversation.

One line to remember: "Shelf life is not luck. It's engineering."

2 🔍 Browse — open the customer's product ▾

Search understands everything: names ("chakli"), problems ("monsoon caking"), categories, formats. Click a card to open the Packaging DNA drawer:

  • ⚡ Red box = the customer's pain — start the conversation here
  • OTR/WVTR targets + grade badge = engineered numbers, not guesses
  • 💧 aw spec = the numeric pass/fail for "the barrier is working"
  • 🏭 Packing environment + 💨 Gas composition = specs for the customer's LINE — ask about these and you instantly look like the expert
  • Evidence links = "this is not me talking — it is published science"

Practice: open your biggest customer's product in Browse right now.

3 🎯 Film Finder — the 30-second demo ▾

In front of the customer: four questions → grade + reasoning + proof products.

1. Product type?   2. Shelf-life target?   3. Distribution (local / pan-India / export)?   4. Biggest fear?

Show the result screen to the customer — it carries the "why" (export transit scaling, monsoon, oxidation...). No other supplier can do this — this is the turning point of the deal.

4 🗣️ Field Script — what to say ▾
  1. OPEN with their pain: "Your chaat masala turns into a brick every monsoon, right?" (Browse → their SKU → read the pain point)
  2. SHOW the science: "Blends deliquesce before single spices do — it is published. That is why you need WVTR 0.2."
  3. GIVE the grade: "The answer is BARRIXA PRO — with the spec."
  4. LINE-SPECS bonus: "What RH does your filling room run at? Is residual O₂ verified every lot?"
  5. CLOSE: "Give me 60 seconds and I will run this across all your SKUs."
5 ⚖️ Four rules of honesty (non-negotiable) ▾
  1. Never make a firm claim on an ESTIMATE-labelled SKU — say: "lab validation is in progress; this is the family-standard spec."
  2. PRIME/ULTRA rows carry "NABL validation pending" — say exactly that. Over-promising wins one order; under-delivering loses the whole customer.
  3. When you see OUT OF RANGE, say it plainly: "a flexible barrier is NOT the right answer here." This honesty is our biggest differentiator.
  4. NEVER discuss film structure or composition — only grade names and specs. If asked: "it is proprietary; the performance is guaranteed."
6 📝 Feedback — your most important job ▾

After every customer conversation, take 30 seconds: open the SKU → feedback form → submit.

  • WIN = order or quote received — write down what worked
  • OBJECTION = the customer's objection — record their exact words
  • GRADE-DOUBT = the grade felt wrong
  • NOTE = anything useful

Your feedback feeds straight into the R&D machine and refines the next version's grades. Whoever gives the most quality feedback is the true co-author of this system.
